The Stanwich Post

Welcome to The Stanwich Post, the Stanwich School’s high school digital student newspaper.

Our mission is to bring the news, opinion, events, and the arts of The Stanwich School to the student body and the greater Stanwich community.

Currently in its 8th year, this is the only exclusively student-run website related to our school and community.

Known in its 2011 inception as The Stanwich East Times (“The SET”), this publication, designed and run by students, builds on that enterprise.  All content and information contained within are products of a professional-level staff out of the high school journalism elective which meets twice a week.

We invite you to be part of the newspaper by sending letters to the editor and contributing your ideas for stories.  We will also include creative writing, poetry, artwork, photography, and other content.  Please email or talk to one of The Stanwich Post staff members for details. You can find their bios here.

We are committed to bringing you the news, student government reports, sports, biographies, world news, surveys, movie reviews, creative writing, and school events in a routine and creative manner.

For story ideas and to answer questions, please email our Editor-in-Chief, 12th grader Ted Frascella, at [email protected]
